PRESS RELEASE February 12, 2010

American Kitchen Corporation, an employee-owned kitchen distributor, registered today as a corporation in North Carolina with the Secretary of State in Raleigh.

American Kitchen Corporation is the exclusive North American distributor of three lines of high-end European-style cabinetry.

The Lord Nelson Fine Cabinetry line consists of a traditional line of 3- and 4-star cabinets featuring furniture-grade plywood cases and elegant oak, birch or maple fascias. Lord Nelson comes standard with an array of upgraded accessories like spice racks, sink-base tip-out trays and wooden lazy suzans. Retail Prices for installed Lord Nelson kitchens run from $17,823 to $20,439, including a standard allotment of granite countertops and hardwood flooring.

Aristocracy kitchens are strictly 5-star affairs, with soft-close, full-extension drawers, doors made from solid maple or birch and a long list of luxury accessories like articulating spice racks and can storage. Complete Aristocracy kitchens with granite, installation and flooring range from $25,992 up to $38,910.

Mia Amoire designer cabinets are European-style cabinets in either contemporary, cottage or Provincial style. A full range of stains, paints and distressed finishes are available, and the cabinets come accessorized to the hilt, as befits a 5-star-plus kitchen. The frameless cases are built with enormously thick, ¾” lumber and the doors are made of select pieces of solid maple or cherry. Complete Mia Amoire kitchens typically cost between $42,255 and $62,123 including flooring, granite and installation.

American Kitchen Corporation products are sold consumer-direct and through finer kitchen galleries.
